In the 2026 GP Patient Survey, 54% of patients in England found it easy to contact the practice using the NHS App. By integrated care board the share ranges from 46% in Derby and Derbyshire to 64% in Herefordshire and Worcestershire; among 4,198 practices with 100+ responses it ranges from 10% to 100%.
