In the 2026 GP Patient Survey, 57% of patients in England found it easy to get through to the practice by phone. By integrated care board the share ranges from 48% in Kent and Medway to 66% in Herefordshire and Worcestershire; among 4,198 practices with 100+ responses it ranges from 6% to 100%.
