2 Garston Family Health Centre Inspection Report 12/08/2021 • Reviewing patient records to identify issues and clarify actions taken by the provider • Obtaining evidence from the provider Our findings The CQC based our judgement of the quality of care provided by this service on a combination of: • What the CQC found when we carried out an inspection • Information from our ongoing monitoring of data about services and • information from the provider, the public and other relevant organisations. We found that a number of improvements had been made since the last remote inspection, including: • The provider has launched a recruitment drive and new systems and induction programs have been developed to support new and temporary staff. • The processes for monitoring patients' health in relation to the use of medicines have improved significantly. • There have been improvements to policies and procedures to ensure there is clear guidance for staff. • Arrangements for identifying, recording and managing risks, problems and mitigating actions have also improved
