We found that: • The Practice Provided Care That Kept Patients Safe And Protected Them From Avoidable Harm This Included Safeguarding Arrangements, Recruitment Processes, Medicines Management; • The Practice Undertook Effective Risk Management In Relation To The Premises With An Effective Infection Control Process In Place To Ensure Safety Of Staff And Patients
