2 The Wembley Practice Assessment Report 26 July 2018 The areas where the provider should implement improvements are: • Take action to ensure that Practice Safeguarding Leads are recorded clearly in all safeguarding Policies. • Monitor and continue to regularly review the system in place for checking refrigerator temperatures. • Monitor and continue to improve the child immunization rate. • Continue to monitor and improve the Cervical, Bowel and Breast Cancer screening uptake. • Review Exception Reporting and take appropriate action where progress is not achieved as expected
