There was a process for monitoring and sharing safety alerts across all of the branches. There was a system to monitor and address the level of clinical staff necessary to meet the needs of the patients including patients with long-term conditions, mental health and dementia. Confidential patient information was kept securely and in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
