The CQC assigned this practice to be Good Overall and Good for All Population Groups They found that: • The practice provided individualised care in a way that kept patients safe and protected them from avoidable harm. • The patients received timely, appropriate and effective care and treatment that met their needs. • Staff was trained and dealt with the patients with kindness and respect and included them in decisions about care.
