2 Gifford Drive surgery inspection report 25 August 2021. What CQC found when we checked; information from our ongoing monitoring of data about services and information from the provider, patients, the public and other organisations. CQC has rated this practice as good across and also rated good for all key questions except responsive, which is rated outstanding. The ratings for safe effective caring and responsive was transferred from our last inspection on 19th October 2019. We found that: • Practice had made improvements in the areas identified at our previous survey. • Risk assessments were now in place for new employees without a DBS check.
