2 Clover Practice Quality Report 22 August 2022 • Information from the provider, patients, the public and other organisations. The CQC have rated this practice outstanding. We found that: 1) Leaders and people had a good overall understanding of their patient population and demographics, and had been proactive in adapting and implementing systems, processes and services to meet the needs of some of the most vulnerable patients in the City. 2) There was evidence of active, effective and strong leadership with embedded governance structures resulting in improvements for patients since the last inspection with negative feedback from patients being dramatically reduced. 3) Patients received timely, appropriate care and treatment that met their needs. 4) The service had a high turnover of transient patients, which affected its national prevention and survey statistics.
