2 Church Lane Surgery Quality Improvement Report 22 February 2021 • Patient satisfaction relating to making and accessing appointments was lower than local and national norms. The practice has continued to take steps to improve since the last inspection, however the changes have not yet had a significant positive effect on patients being able to access care and treatment in a timely way. Although this affected all population groups, they were also rated as requiring improvement. The CQC rated this practice as Good for Safe because: practices had systems in place to manage risks; medicines were managed well; and the practice demonstrated ongoing quality improvement monitoring.
