2 Lakeside Healthcare has received an inspection on 8 October 2021. However however the CQC found that: actions had been taken to address the areas of concerns set out in the conditions of Regulation 12, safe care and treatment. Actions had been taken to address some of the areas of the breaches identified in the Warning Letters and that there had been considerable work carried out and improvements have been made. However, some issues remained and some action were still being undertaken and were not yet fully completed or embedded.
