2 Lanark Medical Centre Ground Floor Inspections Report 4 November 2021 Included: "• Conducting staff interviews via video-conferencing" "• Completing clinical searches on the practice's Patient Records System and discussing findings with the Provider" "• Reviewing patient records to identify issues and clarify actions taken by the Provider" "• Requesting evidence from the provider" "• A short-term site visit Our findings The CQC based its assessment of the quality of care at this service on a combination of: • What the CQC found when it inspected • Information from our regular monitoring of data about services and • Information from the provider, patients, the general public and other organisations. At this inspection we found there had been sufficient improvement to rate the Effective and Well-Led Key Questions Good, however the Working Age Group is still requiring improvement as a result of the low Cancer Screening Rates". The ratings for the Practice are now rated Good Overall, we found that: "The Practice used information about care and treatment to make improvements".
