Practice Plus Group - NHS 111 South West inspection report 16 March 2022 • The provider continued its well embeded and proactive approach to safeguarding. They included a 24-hour safeguarding Hub. Two Safeguarding Leads were available within the call centre to support the team with coaching. In addition, regular newsletters highlighting important topics were distributed to the team. There was also a central "Safe Chat" digital system which permitted staff members to raise safeguarding issues, queries or suggestions anonymously.
