2 Rishton and Great Harwood Surgery Inspection Report 22 November 2020• Safeguarding systems and processes were well established and implemented, document workflows were secure and medicine management and the management of incidents were safe.• Systems to monitor the babies, children and young people attendance at appointments at both GPs and Secondary Care Appointments were reviewed and responded to, the management and storage of vaccines were also safe. A comprehensive Quality Improvement Plan had also been implemented and there have been effective progress in improving service delivery in several areas.
