13 October 2021 • Information from the provider, the public and other organisations; the CQC rated this practice as good overall, and good for providing safe, care, responsive and well led services. We have rated the practice as requiring improvement for providing effective services and as requires improvement for working-age people, children and young people, and families and young people populations. We observed that: • The practice had acted to improve its Infection Prevention and Control Systems so that the Practice Management Team were assured that appropriate cleaning standards are being met. We saw the practice is undergoing building renovations at the time of inspection
